Whether you are a beginner or have experience with yoga, my classes cater to all levels. My sessions are designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of your body, mind, and spirit through the practice of yoga. I offer yin yoga, restorative yoga, yoga Nidra, and gentle yoga, among others. I often weave kriyas, mantra, and breath into my offerings. At the heart of my approach to yoga is the belief that yoga is for everyone. I welcome students of all ages, body types, and abilities, and am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all.

In addition to my regular classes, I also offer private sessions for those who prefer a more personalized approach. Private sessions are tailored to specific needs and goals.

My breathwork classes are designed to help you cultivate a strong mind-body connection, reduce stress and anxiety, improve your focus and concentration, and boost your energy levels. Through a combination of gentle yoga poses, guided meditation, and specific breathing exercises, you'll learn how to harness the power of your breath to achieve greater balance, harmony, and inner peace.
